Customer Service Issues

. . . I have had difficulty getting customer service to solve some of the
issues that I have with the programming.  Apparently the programmers
have not shared the information and customer support is unaware as to
how to fix the problem.  I spend 2-3 hours on the phone each time I have
a customer support issue.
Contract Issues

. . . The contract that I signed was very vague and according to an attorney
that I spoke with he indicated that the contract is basically stating that they
will build a program for you but they cannot guarantee it will work.  Our
program seems to be exactly that.

Delivery Issues

...The sales representative in Canada stated that it takes approximately 2
months to build the system.  It took 7 months.  When I asked for a refund
on the license that I purchased and have been unable to use they stated
that I was not entitled to a refund because of the large discount that they
gave me.

Sales Practice Issues

...The Sales Representative that I had called me numerous times trying to
get me to sign the contract.  It got to the point that I stopped answering my
cell phone at night because he called me so late.  He never put anything
in writing.  It was always a verbal conversation.  I finally sent an email
stating that I would not speak with him via phone and that all information
will need to be communicated via email.   The one time that he did put
something in writing it never came true.

The procedure for filing a
class action is to file suit with
one or several named
plaintiffs on behalf of a
proposed class. The
proposed class must consist
of a group of individuals or
business entities that have
suffered a common injury or
injuries. Typically these
cases result from an action
on the part of a business or a
particular product defect or
policy that applied to all
proposed class members in
a uniform manner. After the
complaint is filed, the plaintiff
must file a motion to have the
class certified. In some
cases class certification may
require additional discovery
in order to determine if the
proposed class meets the
standard for class
certification.

Response from NetSuite

...I have had numerous complaints and have attempted to
resolve the issues with this company.  It is unfortunate that
when I speak with someone in the Corporate office I am told
that they will call me back.  I received an email on 11/29/2007
indicating that another individual would be calling me (
email).  I
received an email from that individual
(email) on 11/30/2007
however he called my office at 10:40 pm EST.

I finally spoke with another individual in the Finance
Department about my complaint and again I was told that they
would get back with me
(email).  I have yet to hear from this
company.  12/20/2007.
